BASS [BAS] /BÆS/

— An acronym for
Business Administration Student Society

Definition:

An entirely volunteer-run student organization, the Business Administration Student Society (BASS) represents the 4,200+ students within the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the SFU Beedie School of Business. Through a variety of social events, networking events, a mentorship program, and more, BASS provides countless leadership opportunities, while bridging together students, alumni, faculty members, and industry. BASS actively supports its 14 Beedie affiliated clubs to add utmost value to the Beedie experience.


OUR MISSION

The Business Administration Student Society exists to enhance the undergraduate experience by offering events, resources, and advocacy to students and affiliated clubs.

OUR VISION

To reposition BASS as an established student society, fostering collaboration through events, providing extensive resources, and advocating for the empowerment of all Beedie students.

As the Faculty Student Union (FSU), BASS helps bridge the gap between students, faculty and SFSS. BASS membership consists of those who are admitted into the Beedie School of Business.
