BASS FROSH

BASS offers many events throughout the year, with BASS FROSH being the largest of all. With over 10 years of experience, BASS FROSH provides a gateway for incoming first-year students to jump start their university journey through fun and exciting activities alongside building connections. Over the course of two weeks, 192 first-year students and 48 student leaders will be separated into 4 houses battling for the prestigious FROSH cup, as points will be collected during the two weeks. At the end of the second week, BASS FROSH wraps up with a formal wrap-up banquet.

BASS Mentorship Program

The BASS Mentorship Program (BMP) seeks to integrate incoming first year students into the Beedie community by pairing two first year students with a senior student. Throughout the five month program and four pillar events, students are provided various opportunities to grow into future student leaders. With over 70 mentors and 150 mentees last year, the BASS Mentorship Program aims to positively impact students' lives for the better.

Our vision this year is to foster a culture that encourages Mentors and Mentees to engage in the diverse opportunities that are available to them. If you are excited to learn more about all the different opportunities available at Beedie in a warm and safe learning environment, the BASS Mentorship Program is perfect for you!
